Victims’ Compensation and Administration Subgroup to Meet Wednesday, December 13, 2023

DOVER, DE – On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, the Victims’ Compensation and Administration Subgroup (Subgroup) will hold its next virtual meeting at 2:00 p.m.

The Subgroup is part of the larger Victims’ Bill of Rights Committee (Committee) established via Senate Concurrent Resolution 99. The Committee is tasked with reviewing the Victims’ Bill of Rights and offer recommended updates to the current language in Delaware Code.

The role of the Subgroup is to review the current compensation model and to propose updates should any be deemed necessary.

The meeting details are as follows:

  • WHEN: Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Senate Republican Whip Brian Pettyjohn (R-Georgetown) is the Victims’ Compensation and Administration Subgroup’s chairman and is a member of the Victims’ Bill of Rights Committee.
